3763643 - PCC Manage Configuration RCA "SBP - RCA - Productive Payslip Previous Period" - shows current-period payslip instead of previous-period payslip

In Payroll Control Center, when using Manage Configuration > Designer, a copied standard RCA configuration such as “SBP - RCA - Productive Payslip Previous Period” displays the payslip for the current payroll period instead of the previous payroll period.

As a result, both the Previous Period and Current Period RCA configurations show the same payslip result.
