3763648 - saphostctrl ACTIVATE_SSL returns "Cannot remove directory which does not exist: /usr/sap/hostctrl/exe/locales" - SAP ASE for BS

• Using saphostctrl set enable SSL for existing SAP ASE Server for BS, refer to Kba:  2667773 - SYB: saphostctrl - enable SSL for existing systems
• The standby system enabling SSL has completed, when you enable Primary system using the saphostctrl command, returns below error:
  /usr/sap/hostctrl/exe/saphostctrl -dbname SID dbtype syb -function LiveDatabaseUpdate -updatemethod Execute -updateoption TASK=ACTIVATE_SSL
  
  Error: Command execution failed. : Cannot remove directory which does not exist: /usr/sap/hostctrl/exe/locales. (fault code: 127)

• Below error is printed in /usr/sap/hostctrl/work/dev_sapdbctrl, it seems that the actual problem is that isql cannot connect to companion ASE using: '<standby ASE's ip address>:4901 ssl on.
  At that time, the Standby ASE server was only using SSL listening.

• When you added a non-ssl listener for Standby ASE server, then, execute "saphostctrl TASK=ACTIVATE_SSL" again , a new error was print:
  Error: Command execution failed. : password for ASE sa user not found in SecStore. Required to enable SSL for HADR setup. 
  Set DB_CONNECT/SYB/SAUPDDB_USER and DB_CONNECT/SYB/SAUPDDB_PASSWORD in Secure Storage. 
  Follow SAP note 1797040 to update SecStore with the missing user information. (fault code: 127)
