3763710 - I updated the RSA certificate for SSO, but the certificate viewer still shows the ECC certificate details

Symptom

After renewing and updating the RSA certificate on the Identity Provider (IdP) for Single Sign-On (SSO), the certificate viewer continues to display certificate details that do not match the newly updated RSA certificate.

I have verified that:

  • The RSA certificate was successfully renewed and updated on the IdP.
  • SSO authentication is functioning successfully.
  • Users are able to log in without issues.
  • The certificate viewer displays details of a different certificate, leading to concerns that the certificate update was not applied correctly.
