Symptom
In SPAM, after successfully uploaded software package files, it is not able to define queue because the corresponding component is not being displayed on the list.
By checking in T-code AL11, the DIR_TRANS directory is not maintained as"/usr/sap/trans".
(The above screenshot is just used as an example).
However, checking SPAM Setting, the "Directory on Application Server" still points to the file folder under "/usr/sap/trans".
