3763746 - SPAM: Cannot define queue because of DIR_TRANS directory difference

Symptom

In SPAM, after successfully uploaded software package files, it is not able to define queue because the corresponding component is not being displayed on the list.

By checking in T-code AL11, the DIR_TRANS directory is not maintained as"/usr/sap/trans".

(The above screenshot is just used as an example).

However, checking SPAM Setting, the "Directory on Application Server" still points to the file folder under "/usr/sap/trans".

(Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.)
