3763786 - No Permission Warning in Addresses Portlets After 1H 2026 Release

“Enable the latest Editing and History UI for Employee Central HRIS entities on Full Profile” prevents editing of dropdown custom fields (Foundation Reference object) in the Address Portlet
Warning appears: "No permission to perform this operation."

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Address Information Portlet

1. Proxy as User.
2. Navigate to Personal Data > Address portlet.
3. Custom-field (Foundation Reference Object: Custom Object): click on the drop-down.
4. Warning appears: "No permission to perform this operation."

Workaround:
