3763838 - Active sessions terminate when a user is locked and popup shows "abap session was closed by the system administrator" (as of s/4hana 2025)

• After upgrading to SAP S/4HANA 2025, when a dialog user is locked by an administrator, all active user sessions for that user are terminated immediately.
• The user receives the popup: "ABAP session was closed by the system administrator."
• This behavior was not observed prior to the upgrade.
