3763859 - SAP Build Work Zone: Custom HTML5 Application Stuck on a Loading Screen and Dev Tools show: 500 Internal Server Error

When accessing a custom HTML5 application in SAP Build Work Zone, advanced or standard, it is stuck on an indefinite loading screen.

Dev Tools shows a 500 Internal Server Error in the Network Traces on the manifest.json and Component.js files

Kibana Logs show an error related to the xs-app.json
