3763875 - External approval process creation error: "Ensure that the communication system and communication configuration are set up"

• An error occurs while trying to create an External Approval Process.
• Error message: "Ensure that the communication system and communication configuration are set up."
• The "Process Name" field does not proceed due to the error.

SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2

1. Open Settings.
2. Navigate to Approval process.
3. Select the “+” symbol and choose External approval process.
4. Select “Project”.
5. Attempt to create the process.
6. Error is Observed.

• Configuration issue- Missing API key information from SAP Build Process

1. Navigate to Communication Configurations.
2. Open Integrate Approval Service Entities with SPA.
3. Go to HTTP Data, then open HTTP Header Data.
4. Add the missing API key as acquired Form SAP Build Process.
5. Save the configuration.
6. Retry creating the External Approval Process.
