3763884 - IHC Interest Condition group update.

Symptom

Issue with the new condition group created for interest posting and assigned relevant conditions and items through F98E/F985. When updating an existing bank account in F9K3 with the new condition group, the system still calculates interest based on the previous condition group instead of the newly assigned one.
