3763886 - Cannot edit existing workflow for journal entry verification in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, in app Manage Workflows for Journal Entry Verification, for existing workflow, there is no "edit" option available.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to app Manage Workflows for Journal Entry Verification.

2. Select an existing workflow.

3. Observe there is no "edit" button on the page.

1. Creating/editing Journal Entry Verification workflows is only allowed in the customizing system. On production system it is not possible.

2. Once a workflow has been activated once, it cannot be edited again(only activate, deactivate, or delete are available).

1. In the customizing system, create a new workflow for General Journal Entry Verification.
2. Edit the workflow as required before activation; changes can be made repeatedly prior to activation.
3. Activate the workflow in the customizing system when ready.
4. Transport the activated workflow to the test and production systems.
