3764165 - org connector removes parent organization when org_id_parent not in input file — SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Running the Organization (Org) Connector removes the Parent Organization from an organization record when:

• The input file does not include the ORG_ID_PARENT field
• The ORG_ID_PARENT header is present with no value

SAP SuccessFactors Learning 1H 2026

1. Set a Parent Organization on an existing organization record in Learning Administration.
2. Prepare an Org Connector input file containing only ORG_ID and ORG_DESC (omit ORG_ID_PARENT).
3. Place the file on the configured SFTP location and run the Org Connector job.
4. After processing, review the updated organization record and observe that the Parent Organization field is cleared.

Code issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.
