3764168 - Create Attachment is Not Visible in ME32K / ME32L Under "Services for Object-S/4HANA

Symptom

The "Create Attachment" option is not enabled under Services for Object.

Users are unable to create GOS attachments for contracts in:

ME32K (Change Contract)

ME32L (Change Scheduling Agreement)
