3764204 - It is not possible to hide "View by development goal" and "View by Performance goal" tab in CPM

• Requirement to remove/disable the "View by Development Goal" tab in CPM.
• Inquiry about possibilities or workarounds to deactivate the "View by Development Goal" option.

1. Navigate to CPM from drop down of the home page
2. "View by Development Goal"/ "View by Performance goals" tab is visible by default

Expected system design.

1. Confirm that CDP and Goal management is enabled. When enabled, the "View by Development Goal" and Performance goal tab in CPM is expected behavior and cannot be hidden.
2. Note: Currently, it is only possible to create Performance Goals from the Continuous Performance Activities page. Users cannot create new development goals from the "View by Development Goal" view in CPM; they can only link existing development goals to activities. New development goals must be created in the Development Plan. 
3. There is no supported workaround to remove or disable this tab.
4. If this capability is required, submit an enhancement request via the Customer Influence Portal so Product Management can review and others can vote.
