3764210 - The quick access to learning details is not working

Symptom

The quick access for learning details is not available. When selecting a learning card, the popover is not opened and the user is redirected to the item details page.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the BizX >
  2. Navigate to Home > Learning >
  3. Select a learning item card  >
  4. Observe that the details popover does not open; the application redirects the user to the item details page.
