This KBA lists the known designs, restrictions and easily met situations in regards of Attendance Quota.

SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

1. Is there a public API for attendance quota now ?
   No, there is not yet a public API for attendance quota, because with the current release, the attendance quota is only for employee self-service scenario. 
   But you can consider standard MDF import function if you want to create attendance quota in bulk as workaround. 
   We are open to receive customer voice on having mass functionality in attendance quota, so please follow influence request step to raise your expectation to us as per KBA 2090228 .
2. Is it possible to set up workflow for attendance quota request ?
   Yes. Please refer to KBA 3765207 - How to Set up a Workflow for Attendance Quota  for details on how to set up the workflow.
3. Why the alert is still raised even when the quota limit is not yet exceeded ?
   This should be caused by missing Attendance Quota Type in the below time type group of the time valuation.
   Please refer to KBA 3755310 - Time Valuation Alert raised when the defined Attendance Quota is not exceeded yet for more details. 
4. Can we delete an attendance quota ?
   Unlimited attendance quota (without quota limit defined) can be deleted after creation.
   But limited attendance quota (with quota limit defined) is not allowed to be deleted now. It is planned in future release.

5. Is it possible to reduce/shrink attendance quota after creation ?
   It is not allowed to reduce or shrink the assigned attendance quota now.
