3764285 - Missing Requirement Tracking Number (BEDNR) in RFQ when create it from PR in F1048A

Symptom

When creating RFQ in F1048A Process Purchase Requisition V2 from a PR with Requirement Tracking Number BEDNR, this field cannot be found in newly created RFQ and its EKPO-BEDNR is not updated. When creating PO from PR in F1048A, EKPO-BEDNR will be updated in the newly created PO.
