3764408 - attachments filename empty in change maintenance order (wda0272) and documents cannot be opened

• In the fiori tile "change maintenance order (WDA0272)", documents already added or newly added cannot be opened from the attachments tab.
• The document list is visible, but when selecting an attachment the filename field is empty.
• Using the display document action that opens transaction CV03N still shows an empty filename.
• No error message is displayed in the app.
