Resolution

  1. Enable change audit report feature according to 2744431 - How to Create Change Audit Reports and What Reports are Available - SuccessFactors
  2. Navigate to Configure Object Definition and select Object DocumentGenerationTemplate.
  3. Set MDF Version History to Complete History.
