3764508 - "Run a Quick Action" pop-up appears on submit in onboarding tasks

• When clicking "Submit" on Onboarding task completion pages (for example, Additional Data Collection, Assign a Buddy), a modal with the message "Run a Quick Action" appears and blocks proceeding/closing the step; behavior is intermittent.
• A similar "Run a Quick Action" pop-up appears on configuration pages such as Manage Permission Roles, preventing save/submit actions.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 

1. Navigate to an Onboarding 2.0 task (for example, Additional Data Collection or Assign a Buddy).
2. Click Submit to complete the task.
3. Observe that a “Run a Quick Action” pop-up appears and prevents progression.
4. Optionally, go to Admin > Manage Permission Roles and attempt to save/submit; observe similar behavior.

An in-app guidance overlay (WalkMe) was enabled and launched a “Run a Quick Action” modal that intercepted the Submit action on affected pages.

1. Verify whether the in-app guidance/WalkMe feature is enabled for the instance.
2. Temporarily disable the WalkMe (or the specific walkthrough/launcher that triggers “Run a Quick Action”) at the tenant level.
3. Retest submitting the Onboarding task and saving changes in Manage Permission Roles to confirm the pop-up no longer appears.
4. If resolved, refine the WalkMe configuration to avoid launching on Submit actions for these pages, or keep the conflicting guidance disabled.
5. Re-enable guidance incrementally (if required) to identify and adjust any specific flow that causes the interference.
