3764526 - DKIM Tenant Selection for Email Notifications and Transport Considerations - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

Uncertainty about which tenant to specify in the DKIM Enablement Service Request as the emails are sent only from the Production tenant but 1LQ Documentation recommends the Customizing tenant.

Environment

    SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

    Resolution

    Only one DKIM Key and Selector are generated per Customer, and activation applies globally to all tenants for the specified domain. Emails sent from the Production tenant will be authenticated even if the request is initiated from the Customizing tenant.
