Symptom

An error occurs while running the SAP HANA recoverability check.

  • Error message: checkPointInTimeReachable got unexpected error (stack trace in hdbrecovercheck.py).
  • "Error occurred while fetching list of backups: ERROR: [110203] Not all data could be written: Expected 4096 but transferred 0; it is observed around the failure: "/bin/sh: which: line 1: syntax error: unexpected end of file" and "/bin/sh: error importing function definition for `which'".
