3764637 - PCC : Ad-hoc off-cycle adjustment payrun is throwing error "No retro date exists to recalculate the payment requested for adjustment"

Symptom

When processing a PCC off-cycle adjustment pay run through 'My Off-cycle' tab, the error appears: "No Retro date exists to recalculate payments requested for adjustments" , although info-type 267 data has been maintained correctly for previous pay-period.
