3764769 - Competency behaviors linked to Development goals are not visible on completed performance forms - SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

• Unable to see competency behaviors mapped in development goals when opening the performance form in Completed status.
• Competency behaviors are visible while the form is in progress.
• Competency behaviors are visible when opening the goal from the Development Plan module.
• The behavior persists with both legacy and latest form experience enabled.
• No error message is shown.

1. Launch a performance form that includes the Development Goal section.
2. Add development goals and map competency behaviors.
3. Route the form for review and complete it.
4. Open the form from the Completed folder.
5. Go to the Development Goal section and open a goal.
6. Observe that competency behaviors are not displayed in the goal details.

Current product limitation

• Currently, this is the expected behavior. Development Goal Sections support Competency and Skill type attributes, Behaviors are not supported in legacy or latest form experience. 
  • In Latest Form Experience, behaviors will be visible in the modify steps but not in completed forms
• Support for behaviors will be added to the Latest Form Experience in the 2H-2026 release, legacy forms will not have the enhancement.
