3764781 - To-Do Card Not Displayed in Candidate To-Do List Despite Field Having Write Permission - Recruiting

The To-Do Card is not being populated in the candidate's To-Do List even though there is a field configured with write permission for the candidate's current status.

According to the expected system behavior, the To-Do Card should be generated when a field has write permission enabled for the current status, regardless of whether the field is configured as mandatory (required) or optional.

However, the To-Do Card does not appear for the candidate, preventing the completion of the expected action. No error messages are displayed, and the candidate remains unable to view the corresponding task in their To-Do List.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

1. Create an account on the external career site and apply to any job.
2. In Recruiting, move the candidate’s application to a status where the candidate has write permission for additional fields (for example, Offer Accepted).
3. Sign in as the candidate and open the candidate home.
4. Observe that no “Provide Additional Details” To-Do card appears.
5. Open the application details and notice that additional fields intended for candidate input remain blank.
