3764873 - Custom MDF card shows "there's no data yet" on Mobile SF App at Latest People Profile

• A custom object configured in people profile displays data correctly in web/browser version, but in the mobile app it shows the message: "There's no data Yet" even though data exists.
• The issue started after enabling the Latest People Profile.
• On mobile, tapping the clock/history icon shows the records, but the first screen states there is no data.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Open the mobile app.
2. Go to any employee’s profile.
3. Open a custom MDF people profile card.
4. Observe the first screen shows "There's no data Yet" despite existing records.
5. Tap the clock/history icon; records are displayed. In a web browser, the same MDF shows correctly.

Engineering team identified a defect affecting mobile app, rendering of custom MDF cards after enabling the latest people profile.

The issue is planned to be fixed in version 2607 - targeted for July 21, 2026.

As a workaround, the data can still be checked on browser version, or on mobile, by tapping the clock/history icon that shows the records.
