3764879 - "My Assortment Lists" app: action buttons (activate, generate listing, prepare plan assortment, refresh kpis) are disabled

Symptom

  • In the My Assortment Lists app, the actions “Activate”, “Generate Listing”, “Prepare Plan Assortment”, and “Refresh KPIs” are greyed out/inactive.
  • The behavior occurs even after creating or copying an assortment list and after KPI calculation/refresh.
  • No error messages are displayed.
