3764911 - Notifications for removed instructor only sent for original time slot when using "Apply to All Time Slots" in VLS classes

• When editing a VLS class time slot and propagating instructor additions/removals with "Apply to All Time Slots", notifications for the removed instructor are sent only for the original time slot instead of all affected time slots.
• Performing the same instructor add/remove actions separately for each time slot sends notifications correctly for every time slot.
