3764949 - CPQ Sales Quote: Missing Sections and Fields in SAP Sales Cloud Version 2

When working with a quote where the quotation mode is set to CPQ, certain sections are not displayed within the SAP Sales Cloud Version 2 quote view. Affected sections may include the Product and Pricing sections, among others. This behavior may be observed across CPQ-type quotes in the V2 environment.

1. Open a Sales Quote in SAP Sales Cloud Version 2.
2. Confirm that the quotation mode is CPQ.
3. Observe that certain sections - such as the Product and Pricing sections - are not visible within the V2 Sales Quote view.

This is expected system behavior. For Sales Quotes where the quotation mode is set to CPQ, not all sections are rendered within the Sales Cloud V2 quote view by default. The CPQ Sales Quote operates as a separate entity, and its specific sections cannot be individually surfaced within the V2 Sales Quote interface.

As a workaround, it is possible to embed the entire CPQ Sales Quote as a mashup within the V2 Quote Detailed View. This enables navigation from the V2 Sales Quote directly to the CPQ quote without requiring separate navigation.

Note: This approach may result in duplicated sections and data elements appearing in both the V2 and CPQ views, which may affect the overall user experience. The primary benefit is consolidated access - users can navigate to the CPQ quote directly from within the V2 quote.

It is not currently possible to display individual CPQ sections selectively within the V2 quote interface.
