3764970 - Downtime plugin: configured sort order not applied; list resets to ascending on reopen

Symptom

  • When opening the Downtime plugin, the list sort is unclear, making it difficult to identify the applied sorting order.  
  • Any manual sort applied while the Downtime view is open is lost after closing the plugin/window; the sort reverts on the next open.
