3765089 - Analytic Query Syntax Error in CL_RSR_OLAP_VAR CONSTRUCTOR

Following error happens when running analytic query:
Query 2C<QUERY_NAME> could not be opened.

Syntax error in <GP_NAME>, row <ROW_NUM> (-> long text)
Unable to generate query <QUERY_NAME> without errors

When running the query in RSRT, a debug screen appears and shows the syntax error in the corresponding GP program:
K____<NUM1>(<LENGTH>) TYPE "080
The type of this field is not assigned correctly.

In some cases, a dump is triggered:
