Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Latest Team Overview
- Select a form which is in Signature stage
- Go to form button is inactive
Resolution
The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.

Workaround
Open the Performance Form from Performance Inbox or Enroute folder, instead of Team Overview.
