3765212 - Direct Pay Statement Error PSS-UNK04 after enabling Alumni Access

Symptom

After enabling Alumni access in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Alumni employees are faced with the error in their Direct Pay Statement: 

  • Error Code: PSS-UNK04
  • Error Message: Unknown Argument Exception
  • Root Cause: The referenced X509 Key Pair 'null' is no longer available

Standard employees are able to access their Pay Statement without any errors.
