3765277 - CPM Notification When No Meeting Is Captured After a Specified Number of Days

• No meeting notifications are sent to employees and managers after a specified number of days without a meeting.
• There is no existing notification template for this scenario in the Email Notification Template Settings tool.

1. Open the Email Notification Template Settings tool.
2. Search for a notification that alerts the employee and manager when no CPM meeting is recorded after a defined number of days.
3. Observe that no such notification template exists.

The capability to send notifications based on the absence of recorded CPM meetings after a number of days is not available in the current system design.

1. There is no standard notification template in the Email Notification Template Settings tool for the “no CPM meeting after X days” scenario.
2. This functionality is currently not supported as per the system design.
3. If this capability is required, submit an Enhancement Request for review by the product team.
