3765308 - PCC: How to delete "Upcoming Off-cycle" after process is reset

Symptom

  • In Payroll Control Center (PCC), an off-cycle payroll process remains visible under “Upcoming Off-Cycle Processes” even after the process instance has been reset using report PYC_RESET_PROC_INST.
  • The Delete/Cancel option is not available for the off-cycle process.
  • Users are unable to remove the unwanted or incorrectly created off-cycle process.
  • This may lead to confusion during payroll operations, especially when cleaning up test or erroneous runs.
