3765460 - Latest People Profile: Adding Global Information shows 'No Data' for users without existing global info - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• In the Latest People Profile, when a user with full role-based permissions tries to add Global Information, the UI immediately shows the message "No data" and the fields cannot be viewed or edited.
• The issue is UI-specific; adding the same information via data import works.
• In Personal Information > Global Info (Country Specific Information), after selecting an effective date and choosing Add, no data is shown and the country-specific fields are not available.
• In the legacy people profile, selecting a country and adding Global Information is possible.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Find a user who does not have existing Global Information.
2. Go to Personal Information and click Edit.
3. Select an effective date and click Add in the Global Info (Country Specific Information) section.
4. Observe that "No data" is displayed and no fields or country selection are available.
