3765467 - Supervisors/Managers cannot see "New Request" button in team view for external learning requests

Supervisors/Managers are no longer able to submit External Training Request Forms on behalf of the members of their team, the "New Request" button is no longer there as it is in the Legacy Home page.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Go to Team View in Learning.
2. For a team member, open the ellipsis (more) menu and select View External Learning Requests.
3. Observe that the New Request button is not available.

Working as per current system design

1. In Team View the Manager/supervisor page for External Learning Requests is read-only with no actions and only learners can create requests.
2. To create an External Learning Request, have the learner open their own External Learning Request page and submit the request.
3. If the ability for Managers/supervisors to create requests is required, submit an enhancement idea via the Influence portal: Submit idea on the Influence portal.
