3765474 - [PY] ARSAC - Maternity absence not deducted from SAC time /S12

Symptom

Maternity absence days are not being deducted consistently from the SAC calculation /S12.

Example:

The employee was on maternity leave from December 2025 until March 15, 2026, and the expected outcome is for the /s12 days to be deducted accordingly.

However the current calculation is only deducting from March period:

  • January period: /s12 = 60 days - not deducted
  • February period: /s12 = 75 days - not deducted
  • March period: /s12 = 105 days - deducted

The expectation is that all maternity absence days should be deducted from the SAC calculation period and the final days to account for /S12 = 45 days.
