3765516 - Fiori app f0380 process collections worklist shows no data while gui transaction udm_specialist lists items

• Fiori app F0380 (Process Collections Worklist) displays no data in “My Open Items” and “My Completed Items”.
• Selecting “Assigned to Others” and choosing a known collection specialist results in “No Data”.
• The browser console log displays Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'CollectionSpecialistFullName')
