Consider the following scenario:

• It is created an Outbound Nota Fiscal for the monophasic ICMS taxation scenario using the Tax Situation 61
• It was applied SAP Note 3631705 - Outbound NF-e: IEST Field in XML File in the environment

When issuing the Nota Fiscal, the tag <IEST>, responsible for the state registration of the substitute taxpayer, is not appearing in the XML file of the Nota Fiscal
