3765524 - Users not able to open courses recommended to them.

Symptom

User is not able to open a course from Library nor from the Recommendations on its Learning Plan.

Error received:

Failed to get recommended by summary for course xxxxxxxxxxxx

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access BizX
  2. Navigate to Learning Admin
  3. Search for the impacted user
  4. Access it's record
  5. Proxy the user
  6. Open the item under Recommendations / Search it in the Library by the ID
  7. Click on the training
  8. Get the error

Cause

Product defect.

Resolution

This issue will be fixed in the next major product update in October/November.
