3765564 - Filter by Tags in the Suggested Roles of Career worksheet

In Legacy Career Worksheet, it's not possible to restrict the tag filter in Suggested Roles by only one attribute type. Only after selecting Competencies or Skills in "Browse by attribute type" the filter will select the attribute type selected.

1. Go to the Development tab;
2. Click in Suggested Roles;
3. Go to Filtering job roles by: 
4. Filter by attributes to see the filters options;
5. In the Filters option - Tags, you can see all tags (skills and competencies)

The expected behavior is when you launch the picker with Skills and Competencies in your instance then all the tags related to skills and competencies are displayed.
When you go in the skills list, now it shows only tags which are related to skills. Similarly when we go into competencies, it displays tags related to only competencies.
