3765572 - Deadlock IDs in logs do not start with the value 1 and do not increment ID value correctly

Symptom

  • The very first deadlock ID reported in the log after a restart may be greater than 1
  • Further reported deadlock IDs may not be incremented correctly
  • Checking monState..NumDeadlocks  periodically shows the value keeps increasing
