3765577 - Leave encashment Tax Exemption not considered in Full and Final (F&F) Payroll under New Tax Regime

Symptom

  • During Full and Final settlement, the tax exemption for leave encashment is not applied.
  • Cumulation class 30 is maintained for the relevant wage type, but the exemption is still not considered.
  • Wage type /4E7 (Leave Salary Exemption) is not generated in payroll results.
  • No error message is displayed.
