The Data Inspector admin tool is designed for you to view and download the raw data in a tabular format from the system. In the table, it's possible to review the various entity tables accessed previously by different tools in SAP SuccessFactors.

Data Inspector only allows you to view and download the table. You can’t modify or upload the table using Data Inspector. Also, the tool doesn't show personally identifiable information (PII). 

Step 1: How to find "workflowRequestId"

1. Go to Manage workflow request page
2. Open test user workflow page
3. Find  Workflow Request ID under the workflow request page URL :3335706 How to find "workflowRequestId"

Option user data inspector: Find workflowRequestId

1.  Go to Data Inspector
2. Table_EMP_EMPLOYMENT_INFO
3. Add filter: User Sys ID = <affected User ID>
4. Review the Workflow Request ID column:
5. Result / Workflow Request ID = 

Step 2: Find Workflow Config Code under  Table_EMP_WF_REQUEST

1.  Go to Data inspector
2. Entity: • Table_EMP_WF_REQUEST 
3. Add filter: Workflow Request ID = <Workflow Request ID>
4. Review the Workflow Config Code column:
5. Result / Workflow Config Code = 

Step 3: Find workflow name using: Internal Code under Table_FO_WF_CONFIG

1. Go to Data inspector
2. Entity: • Table_FO_WF_CONFIG 
3. Add filter: Internal Code  = <Internal Code >
4. Review the Code column:
5. Result / Code = 
6. Result: Code = Workflow:

Step 4: Verify workflow under Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures
