3765613 - Reservation Documents Visible in T-Code MD04 but Cannot Be Displayed in T-Code MB23

Symptom

Reservation documents are visible in T-Code MD04 but inaccessible in T-Code MB23 (error: document does not exist). Table RESB contains the item records, but the corresponding header records are missing from RKPF. Program RM06C020 does not resolve the inconsistency. The affected reservations were auto-generated as dependent requirements via T-Code CO02, and the associated production orders no longer exist in T-Code CO03 or table AFKO.
