3765629 - Error VL173 appears during delivery deletion although set to warning in OVM1

Symptom

  • Message VL173 has been set to 'E' warning or 'I' information in OVM1.
  • When deleting delivery with overall WM status blank or 'C' via VL02N/VL32N, system still issues message VL173 as error and cannot proceed.
