3765658 - Quantity Withdrawn Truncated After Unit of Measure Conversion When Issuing Production Order Components in T-Code CO11N

Symptom

In CO11N, the Quantity Withdrawn is stored with truncated decimals while the Committed Quantity and material document are correct. This causes RESB-BDMNG to be rounded up, leaving the truncated remainder reserved as stock, blocking further goods issue postings and preventing the Final Issue flag from being set automatically.

Root cause: alternate UoM conversions (e.g., 1 BT = 1,000 ML) produce requirement quantities exceeding three decimal places in the base unit.
