Symptom

  • An error occurs in solution manager monitoring after upgrading the cloud connector to version 2.19.0.2.
  • Error: Unable to open SSL connection to host on port 8443. Peer sent alert: Alert Fatal: handshake failure.
  • Error in TLS trace: no cipher suites in common.
  • Error in TLS trace (in some cases): Received fatal alert: certificate_unknown.
