3765683 - "certifications" table field not displayed after development plan template xml upload

• After adding a "certifications" table field in the  development plan template by uploading a XML file, the field added is not displayed in the UI.
• The XML upload completes successfully with no system errors or warnings.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development

1. Upload a development plan template XML that includes a table field with id "certifications" to a latest development goal template.
2. Open any user's development plan based on that template.
3. Observe that the newly added "certifications" field is not displayed and the template appears unchanged.

The table field with id "certifications" is not supported in the latest development goal; it is supported only in the legacy development goal.

This is the Expected behaviour when using latest development goals. table field id "certifications" is not supported in the latest development goal;

supported table fields are Milestone and Achievement Lookup.
