Symptom

  • Business layers or GEF geometries (functional locations, equipment, and related objects) are not showing in the SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) map.
  • The map loads and displays GEF geometries correctly in the spatial explorer Fiori app.
  • Purging/resetting the app does not resolve the issue.
  • GEF service is configured (Not GIS)
